Our physio's are experts in movement analyses. They are as concerned with observing and correcting your movements as with treating your injuries. Prevention is as important as cure. Our physio's are trained in delivery of rehabilitation exercises, be it Pilates for your back and neck, or specific strengthening for all other sporting injuries.
